Booking informations

The room prices (single room, double room, three-bed room) are per day and person including breakfast.

The apartment price is per day and apartment without breakfast. The final cleaning is not included in the price.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. 

All prices are exclusive the local tax. The local tax of € 3,00 per night per person is to be paid extra.

Please be aware that only cash and bank transfer is accepted to settle the bill.

Bank transfer
Once you made a fix reservation in our house we will ask you for a deposit for 3 days. As we do not have a contract with a credit card company we demand for a bank transfer.

For short stays up to 3 nights we charge € 4,00 extra per day and person.

At the arrival day you can check-in your room from 4 p.m., the apartments are available from 4 p.m. on as well. On your arrival day as well as on the departure day you may store your lagguage and also change clothes for the journey or for your skiing day.

At the departure day we would kindly ask you to leave the rooms as well as the apartments at 10 a.m. Please understand that we must insist in this time since the new guests are already on their way.

To enable a relaxed check-out we would ask you to settle your bill the evening before departure. Thank you !

There is also an internet access (wireless).

For the ski boots we offer a special shoe heating, also for wet clothes we have got a warm, dry place.

For every room / apartment we provide one parking place.

Opposite of our house there is the stop for the ski bus.

Pets are allowed if the owner knows about it and agrees.

Please note that it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms / apartments and in the breakfast room.

What happens if you have to cancel?

If you give back the room to us within 1 months before the planned arrival, so we keep the deposit for 3 day except for we are able to rent the room / apartment to someone else.

If you cancel earlier you don’t have to pay.

We recommend a completion of a private travel insurance after the completion of the reservation. In case of an accident, illness, death all cancellation fees of the insured or its relatives are coverd before or during your stay.
